Created by the talented Usopposto, a graphic and product design studio based in Grottaglie in Apulia, south Italy, La Puglia in un piatto is a uniqe cookbook that is a mix of disciplines, food and design.
“This book is the result of a study that sought to explore, through the aesthetic sign, the close relationship that unites every dish to “its” plate, and proposed to extend the concept of food to a broader sensory experience, which evokes the atmosphere and images.
